| 摘 要： | 我国社团发展有悠久的历史，成为政府与人民群众之间协调发展的纽带。当今，社团的发展与社团管理的相关配套制度存在着诸多的不适应问题，制约了社团的快速、健康的发展，也阻碍了我国公民结社自由权利的实现。着眼于社团发展的现状，对当前存在的问题进行分析，以期为我国结社自由宪法保障制度的深入研究提供理论参考。
