| Abstract: | From the present new work situation of the college Labour union, this paper points out that the union should play a role in protecting employees＇ legal rights from these following aspects： establishing the concept of comprehensive protecting the legal rights, implement the Equal Consultation System, improving the congress system of representatives of teaching staff, promoting the public school system and establishing the multiple mechanisms of protecting the legal rights in accordance with the law. |
