| 摘 要： | 威斯康星思想在高校职能的发展史上是一个重要的里程碑。威斯康星思想对我国民办高校的转型与发展具有重要的借鉴意义：我国民办高校的发展应该找准社会需要的空缺,准确定位;多样化发展,注重教学质量;走出＂象牙塔＂,与社会和谐发展;打造特色校园文化,注重毕业生的就业质量,培养服务型人才。

| Abstract: | Wisconsin idea is an important milestone in the development of colleges and universities＇ function. In the context of modern time, private colleges and universities face many opportunities and challenges, therefore, it is crucial for them to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges to make a breakthrough in their development. Wisconsin Idea shed light on how to develop and transform private colleges and universities. In our country, private colleges and universities have to know what society needs and then make their orientation; diversify the roads of development and put more attention to teaching quality; also, they could step out the ivory tower and develop themselves in order to be in harmony with social development ; they can construct their own distinctive culture, pay full attention to graduates＇ quality; cultivate talented service person and so on. |
