| 摘 要： | 秦咸阳都城早已毁灭，但长期以来仍有人在不断探讨它的神秘化内涵。自汉代起，有人认为“法天说”是该都城在布局上的主导思想和理论依据，且尽量地发挥和阐释，本对此提出相反看法。
