摘    要:快速伸缩复合训练是一种肌肉被快速、爆发的拉长,接着爆发性的缩短,同时利用肌腱弹性和牵张反射来发展力量的一种训练形式。作为一种有效提高运动员爆发力的训练方法,快速伸缩复合训练在许多运动项目中被采用。但它也存在一些潜在的运动风险,教练员和运动员频繁高强度地进行快速伸缩复合训练会导致损伤风险的增加。因此通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳法进行相关文献收集与研究,让大家更加客观地了解不同界面快速伸缩复合训练的效果,同时进行相关功能风险筛查,探讨导致损伤的潜在风险并提出有效的应对方案。以期为教练员和运动员提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The rapid telescoping compound training is a type of training in which muscles are stretched quickly and explosively, followed by explosive shortening, while using tendon elasticity and stretch reflexes to develop strength. As a training method to effectively improve the athlete''s explosive power, rapid telescopic compound training is used in many sports. However, it also has some potential sports risks. Frequent and high-intensity training of coaches and athletes will lead to increased risk of injury. Therefore, this article uses literature data method, logic analysis method, and induction method to conduct relevant literature collection and research, so that everyone can more objectively understand the effect of rapid expansion and compound training on different interfaces and perform related functional risk screening. Propose an effective response plan. With a view to providing references and references for coaches and athletes.
