安徽省学前教育实证研究——基于1995—2007年数据

摘    要:自1995年以来,受国家宏观政策等因素影响,安徽省学前教育事业经历较大起伏,经过十几年的发展,学前教育机构数量和在学幼儿数量等方面逐步恢复。但与湘、鄂、赣、浙4省及全国平均发展水平相比,安徽省学前教育事业发展相对滞后,在每万人拥有幼儿园数量、生师比和3-6岁适龄儿童毛入学率几个方面不但没有发展甚至不如以前,存在学前教育供给不足、师资力量薄弱、农村学前教育现状令人堪忧等矛盾和问题。必须认清这些问题并克服之,学前教育事业才能健康持续发展。

Abstract:Affected by the macro-state policies and other factors,Anhui province’s pre-school education has gone through great changes since 1995.However,Anhui’s pre-school education cause lags behind the national average.Compared with the past situation,Anhui’s pre-school education hasn’t made progress,or even got worse in terms of preschoolers’ enrollment,the ratio of kindergarten teachers and 3-6 year preschoolers.Besides,insufficient supply and weak teaching contingent are also problems that lead to conflictions and ask for solution.Therefore,correct understanding and solution of these problems is the pre-condition for the sound development of pre-school education.
