| 摘 要： | 为适应国土资源管理的信息化进程,针对不同地区具体情况的组卷上报系统的开发正日益成为“数字国土”计划中一个不可缺少的部分。基于MAPGIS组件平台,应用地理信息系统技术和工作流技术,研究开发国土资源电子政务平台中的组卷上报子系统,给出了其功能模块框架结构,阐述了系统的实现及其技术要点。

| Abstract: | Based on MAPGIS, a Submitting-Batches Subsystem in the Land Resource Electronic Government Affair System is developed by the Geographic Information System (GIS) and the workflow technology. The frame construction of its function module is introduced, and the realization and main techniques are expatiated. The subsystem has better security, lesser cost for upgrading, maintaining and managing. |
