| 摘 要： | 普通话水平测试员具有非专职、多层次、多学科等特点。从测试员队伍的整体结构、职业道德水准、普通话理论水平与应用能力、测评能力、学术研讨情况等方面入手，分析、研究测试员现状，有助于我们建立健全科学的测试员综合考核指标体系，实现普通话水平测试员队伍管理和普通话水平测试工作的科学化与规范化，从而不断提高普通话水平测试工作的信度与效度。

| Abstract: | Mandarin Examiners are mostly and multi - level and multi - academic - subject non - professionals. Starting from study on over - all structure, professional ethics level, theoretical level of mandarin and capability of application and evaluation, the writer analyzes and studies on the present situation of mandarin examiners, which can help us to set up a perfect, scientific and comprehensive index evaluation system for examiners to make the management and evaluation scientific and standardized, and thereby improve the reliability and validity of Mandarin Level Test. |
