| 摘 要： | 以江苏省太仓师范学校全体学生为研究对象，通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体育课贯彻体育新课程标准进行了分析，调查结果显示：师生对新课程标准及指导思想不是很理解，教学方法单一，教学内容与现实需要脱节，课堂管理缺乏人性化，建议在体育课中要根据新课程标准的要求，贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想，使体育与健康课成为学生最需要、最喜爱的课程之一。
