| 摘 要： | 通过对现有课程模式的利弊分析,提出"目标--导控"型课程模式.在具体实施中要注意:坚持"订单式"人才培养方式是该模式得以实现的基础;加强"双师型"教师培养是该模式实施的关键;变革课程内容,坚持高职校本课程的开发与实施;完善评价机制是该模式实施的保证.

| Abstract: | The authors put forward Target Controlled curriculum pattern through analysing the advantages and disadvantages of current curriculum pattern.In th e process of implementing,sticking to order talents training mode is the basis,enhancing Double Type teachers' training is the key,changing curriculum content and developing school-based curriculum are needed,perfecting evaluation system is the safeguard. |
