摘    要:为提升泊位指派的效率和优化泊位计划,从数学角度分析和探讨离散泊位指派问题和动态离散泊位指派模型,研究离散泊位系统仿真建模的方法,建立离散泊位系统仿真模型,提出基于遗传算法的离散泊位指派仿真优化方法.案例研究表明,该方法不仅可以提高泊位指派的准确性,而且能在很大程度上简化求解过程,可用于集装箱港口泊位资源的指派与计划.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of berth allocation and optimize the berth planning, the discrete berth allocation problem and discrete dynamic berth allocation model are analyzed in the mathematical point of view. The simulation modeling method for discrete berth system is studied, and a simulation model of discrete berth system is built. An optimization method for discrete berth allocation based on genetic algorithms is proposed. Case study shows that the method can improve the accuracy of berth allocation and greatly simplify the process of the problem solving, and can be applied to the allocation and planning of container terminal berth resource.
