摘 要: | 在水热反应釜中利用硫酸铵作为活化剂对磷矿粉进行活化处理,研究其水热活化工艺条件.结果表明,在水固比为1:1、硫酸铵与磷矿粉的质量比为3:7、水热时间12 h、水热温度为220℃时有较好的活化效果,活化后的磷矿粉的有效磷含量提高78.2%.采用X-射线衍射技术对活化产物物相变化进行分析,其物相经水热活化后发生改变.

Abstract: | The phosphate rock was activated in a hydrothermal reaction kettle by using ammonium sulphate as activator, and the hydrothermal technological conditions were studied. The results showed that the effect of activation was strong when the water-solid ratio was 1:1; ammonium sulphate-phosphate rock ratio was 3:7; hydrothermal time was 12 h; and hydrothermal temperature was 220℃. The available P content in activated phosphate rock increased by 78.2%. The phase change of activation products was studied by X-Ray diffraction, and the phase was changed under the treatment of hydrothermal activation. |
