| 摘 要： | 目的:观察悦容丹内服治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效,重点探讨其对患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:80例黄褐斑患者随机分成治疗组(40例)、对照组(40例),正常组(38例)。治疗组采用悦容丹口服加外用广谱防晒霜,对照组维生素C片和维生素E胶丸口服加外用广谱防晒霜,治疗12周,正常组不治疗。观察分析临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率95.00%,对照组有效率72.5%,两组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);较正常组,治疗组与对照组SOD显著升高、MDA显著降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组血清SOD水平治疗后明显高于治疗前,MDA水平治疗后明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组血清SOD、MDA水平改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:悦容丹对黄褐斑疗效显著,无不良反应。其机制与调控机体SOD、MDA水平有一定相关性,值得临床深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuerong Dan in the treatment of chloasma,focusing on its effect on the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in patients with chloasma.Method:80 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40),control group(n=40)and normal group(n=38).The study group was treated with Yuerong Dan plus topical broad-spectrum sunscreen,while the control group was treated with vitamin C tablets and vitamin E capsules for 12 weeks,and the normal group was not treated.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.Result:The effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the level of serum SOD in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the level of MDA in the study group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).The level of serum SOD in the study group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the level of MDA was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the improvement of serum SOD and MDA levels in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuerong Dan is effective in the treatment of chloasma with no adverse reactions.There is a certain correlation between its mechanism and the regulation of SOD and MDA levels,which is worthy of clinical in-depth discussion. |
