| 摘 要： | 怀化旅游资源丰富 ,尤其是民族文化旅游资源独特 ,文化内涵浓郁 ,具有发展特色旅游业的物质基础。但政府主导开发意识不强 ,产品特色不突出 ,缺乏市场竞争力 ;只有走联合开发 ,协同发展的道路 ,才能发挥地区优势 ,活跃地方经济 ,加快城市化步伐。

| Abstract: | The tourist resources of Huaihua are abundant,especially the unique national cu ltural tourist resources and strong,cultural intension,with material foundatio n to develop characteristics tourism. But it is not strong that the government d evelops consciousness leadingly,the characteristic of the products is not outst anding,lacking the market competitiveness. Only to develop jointly,in coordina tion with the road of development,could give play to the regional advantage,en liven local economy and accelerate urbanization paces. |
