| 摘 要： | 建立和采用科学合理的激励机制是现代图书馆人力资源管理的重要内容。图书馆应根据实际工作情况，综合运用多种激励机制。如：物质激励与精神激励相结合，建立科学、规范的激励制度，实行重视个体的人性化的激励机制等，把激励手段和目的结合起来，建立适合图书馆发展和馆员需求的开放的激励体系。

| Abstract: | Establishing and adopting scientific and reasonable stimulative mechanism is a essential content of modern library human resource management. By the fact itself, library should employ variety stimulative mechanism, namely the combination of material and spiritual encouragement, establishing scientific and normative stimulative mechanism, individualized stimulative mechanism. A open stimulative mechanism should be constructed to fit the development of library and the needs of librarians by combining the its methods intention. |
