| Abstract: | In the process of leading the Chinese people in the construction of the socialist country with Chinese characteristics, Deng Xiaoping inherited, enriched and developed the theory of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought on the leadership. He formed his peculiar thought which includes the aim of the leadership, the regulation of the leadership and the method of the leadership and now it has become an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. |
