基层学校教师“校本”培训新模式探析

摘    要:教师培训是一项系统工程,它的实效性以培训的针对性、全员性和系统性为支撑,为此,教师培训走向“校本”已成一种必然的趋势。然而,在关注校本的前提下,构建一种什么样的新型培训模式,才能既能动地释放基层学校的自主能量,又充分发挥培训机构和教育院校的理论优势,使基层学校教师培训工作彰显出应有的鲜活特色,这就成为了基层学校教师培训实效性研究中的一个重要课题。四川省教育厅人文社会科学重点研究课题《教育学院为基层学校校本培训服务的研究》课题组经过三年多时间的研究认为:“教育学院为基层学校校本培训服务”的方式,是基层学校教师培训工作的一种新型模式,具有较高的实效性和可操作性。

A Survey on the New Mode of "School-based" Teacher Training, in Primary - level Schools
Abstract:Teacher training is a systematic project whose actual effect is based on the pertinence, all - involvement, and systematicness of the training. Hence, teacher training tends to be “school -based”. However, under the circumstance of being school-based, we need to establish a new training mode which not only releases the power of primary-level schools actively, but also takes the good theoretical advantage of training institute and Education College so as to manifest the characteristics of the teacher training in primary-level schools. It is the important subject in the actual effect study of the teacher training in primary-level schools. The study team of “The Study of Education College Providing Service for Primary - Level Schools in Teacher Training”( the priority humanities and social science subject of Siehuan Education Department) spends more than three years finishing the study. From the study, we know that the mode of “college of edueation's providing service for primary - level schools in teacher training” is a new mode of teacher training in primary-level schools, which is actually effective and highly operable.
