| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法和录像观察分析法等研究方法,从太极拳发源地和创始人的确立、发展简史、技击格斗等方面,挖掘传统太极拳的绿色内涵,探讨太极拳运动的绿色价值,揭示太极拳格斗术的本质,使太极拳在科学面前脱其神化,解其秘密,以求传统太极拳在现代化社会中的绿色发展.

| Abstract: | By using the literature data method and video observation analysis,the paper explores the green connotation of Taiji,discovers its green value,and expounds the essence of its fighting techniques,based on the account of its origin,founder,history,fighting techniques,and so on.Thus,its mystery is exposed and its green development in modern society is studied. |
