摘    要:竞赛规则是体育项目发展的准绳,对运动项目发展起重要的引导和制约作用。方法:采用文献资料法、比较分析法、视频录像法等深入分析竞技健美操难度规则09、13、17版的演进特点,为我国竞技健美操可持续发展提供一些参考。结果显示:连续三版规则中难度总数量呈逐渐下降趋势;C组跳与跃难度数量的统治地位未发生变化;A组动力性难度数量呈缓慢上升趋势;各组别难度动作向均衡化方向发展。结论:竞技健美操规则对动作质量的要求进一步提升,单个难度动作的使用价值增大,成套难度动作的稳定发挥成为项目制胜的关键要素。

Abstract:Competition rules are the yardstick for the development of sports events and have an important role in guiding and restricting sports events.This study uses literature data method,comparative analysis method,video recording method and other in-depth analysis to discuss the changes and evolution characteristics of the difficulty rules of competitive aerobics,and provides some references for the sustainable and healthy development of competitive aerobics in China.The results show that:the total number of difficulties in the three consecutive editions of competitive aerobics rules has gradually decreased and showed a downward trend;the dominance of the number of jump and jump difficulties in Group C has not changed;the number of dynamic difficulties in Group A has been slowly increasing;The movement is developing in a balanced direction.Conclusion:The requirements of athletic aerobics rules on the quality of movements have been further improved,the use value of single difficulty movements has increased,and the stable play of complete sets of difficult movements has become a key element for the project to win.
