| 摘 要： | 充分考虑创新型科技人才发展对自身的阻滞作用及区域核心竞争力提升时其发展的促进作用,构建创新型科技人才与区域核心竞争力系统的动态演化模型.对区域创新型科技人才结构进行动态分析,研究模型的平衡点及其稳定性问题,从而得到模型的稳定结点,即创新型科技人才与区域核心竞争力发展的最优态势,并对区域创新型科技人才结构发展演化态势进行了结构仿真,研究系统中创新型科技人才与区域核心竞争力相互依存、相互作用的共生演化现象.
