| 摘 要： | 雷公藤巴布剂能明显抑制巴豆油诱发的小鼠耳廓炎症；能显著抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能；降低小鼠碳粒廓清指数；能抑制T淋巴细胞百分比（外周血T淋巴细胞酶标记染色法）。皮肤刺激及皮肤过敏试验表明，一次及多次给药后各观察时间均未发生刺激反应，亦未发生全身过敏反应。结论：雷公藤巴布剂具有明显的抗炎和免疫抑制作用。无皮肤刺激性和过敏反应。

| Abstract: | the objective of the research is to study the effect of Tripterygium Wilfordii PAP Patcher （TWPP） on anti-inflammation and immunity in mice. The anti-inflammatory effect was observed in the test of ear swelling caused by croton oil. The immune effect was evaluated by measuring the carbon clearance rate, peritoneal macrophage （MФ） phagocytosis and the percentage of T-lymphocytes. The dermal allergy and irritation tests were observed to estimate the safety. Results show that TWPP can apparently inhibit auricle swelling caused by croton oil, significantly suppress peritoneal macrophage （MФ） phagocytosis, decrease the clearance rate of charcoal particles and reduce the percentage of T-lymphocytes in mice. The dermal allergy and irritation tests show that no irritation and sensitization occurred on skins （rabbit and guinea pig）. So, it concludes that TWPP has good anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive actions. It doesn＇t induce allergic and irritation reactions in animals. |
