| 摘 要： | “京津冀一体化”为近京津的河北省的一些地区带来新的发展机遇，由于保定辖区面积较大，在对接京津过程中需要进行分片发展，“一分为五”格局下的保定5个“子片区”分别以保定、涿州、高碑店、安国和望都为核心构建“老保定子片区”、“涿州子片区”、“高碑店子片区”、“安国子片区”、“望都子片区”。“安国子片区”位于保定东南侧，远离京津，在城市化进程中需要利用已有的交通网络，构建“温仁镇”次中心，发展两条“小城镇带”，让高阳融入“一城六星”城市子团，让“安国子片区”在“京津石三角形”中不断借力发展，在做好“子片区”各个县级行政单元内部文章的同时，也要通过行政力量强化不同行政区划之间的资源整合，让“安国子片区”逐渐发展成为保定东南侧的新支撑点。

| Abstract: | “Integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region” brings new development opportunities for the area near Beijing-Tianjin. For reason of the area being large, it is necessary to divide Baoding into five parts, and develop each area respectively in order to dock Beijing-Tianjin better. Under the pattern of “one administrative region being divided into five sections”, the five “sub area” respectively centers on Baoding, Zhuozhou, Gaobeidian, An-guo and Wangdu, five sub-area can be shaped in this way, which are “Old baoding sub area”,“Zhuozhou sub area”,“Gaobeidian sub area”,“Anguo area” and“Wangdu Sub area”.“Anguo sub area” located in south-east of Baoding, away from the Beijing and Tianjin, It is necessary to take advantage of the existing transport network in the process of urbaniza-tion, constructing “Wenren town center”, devel-oping the two “small town belt”, letting Gaoyang merges into “one-city-six-star” city group, lets “Anguo sub area” borrow urbanization power to develop itself in the area of “Jin-Jin-Shi triangle”, the internal articles of“sub area” in county level administrative region must be done better, simultaneously, sources between different administrative region must be integrated, letting“Anguo sub area” gradually grow into one of the new supporting points in southeast of Baoding. |
