| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国进入WTO以后，为中小企业的信息化建设提供一些思路和建议，首先介绍计算机集成制造系统的开发和利用，接下来谈一下与时代发展相适应的信息机构的建设，最后是关系信息机构组建过程中应掌握的几个原则。信息化势在必行，中小企业如何来做，这是本文所要阐述的主要问题。
