| 摘 要： | 我国目前的高等教育模式在培养创造性人才过程中与西方国家存在较大差距,＂教育新纲要＂对此提出了迎头赶上的要求。文章通过分析信息共享空间的特点、优势及建设过程中的注意事项,提出高校图书馆发展IC以适应＂教育新纲要＂的要求。
