| 摘 要： | 随着3G网络的逐渐完善,依托3G网络,手机图书馆将成为用户获取信息的重要途径,图书馆信息服务的形式和内容将发生全新的变化。作者从建设手机图书馆的可行性进行分析,结合我国现有手机图书馆的发展现状,提出了3G时代建设和完善手机图书馆的对策。
