| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of college learning leadership team is to implement the spirit of the party＇s seventeen sessions of six CCP plenary conferences and ＂national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan＂,and is an urgent need to improve university leadership,and promote the healthy development of higher education,so we should adopt various styles to update learning concept and transform learning style. |
