| 摘 要： | 高职文秘专业要培养适应社会需求的应用型人才,必须大力开展形式多样的实践教学,切实提高毕业生的实际操作能力。理实一体化教学成为很多高职文秘专业教学中的薄弱环节,大量散落于课程中的实践课时流于形式。本文从实施理实一体化教学的必要性、理实一体化教学目前面临的困境出发,探讨了解决困境的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | To cultivate the talent to adapt to the social needs,we must strive to carry out various forms of practical teaching,and effectively improve the actual operating capacity of the graduates.Theoretically and practically integrated teaching is becoming the weak link in the higher vocational secretarial professional teaching,thus a large number of scattered courses in practical lessons a mere formality.This paper pays attention to the necessities and the difficulties faced by higher vocational secretarial professional and explores the ways and means of solving the dilemma. |
