| 摘 要： | 校园人身侵权是社会关注的热点问题之一。如何防范校园人身侵权案件的发生,保障学生的人身安全,维护正常的教育教学秩序,是一个涉及多方面的系统工程,需要教育行政主管机构、学校、其他单位和部门等的通力合作,共同参与。本文从防范的理念、制度和策略角度着手,就如何构建综合性的规范化的校园人身侵权防范体系问题进行了阐述。
