| 摘 要： | 随着我国民主法治建设的不断发展,工会的作用越来越凸显,女工工作作为工会工作的一个分支机构,对工会的健康、协调发展起到了关键性作用。但是,在实际工作中,仍有部分单位不重视女工工作。本文从如何消除思想上的误区,不断提高认识,积极探索女工建设的途径做了探讨,指出了女工工作的重要性。

| Abstract: | Along with our country＇s construction of democracy and rule of law development,the trade union＇s function is becoming more and more,workers union job as a branch,as the union health,harmonious development has played a key role in.However,in practice,there are still some units which do not attach importance to the work of women workers.From the aspects of how to eliminate the error on the thought,improve knowledge ceaselessly,active exploration workers construction way of doing the study,this paper pointed out the importance of the work of women workers. |
