| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校辅导员被纳入了德育教师序列,辅导员在进行学生思想政治教育和日常事务管理工作的同时,还可以进行德育课程的教学和德育工作研究,面对机遇和挑战,辅导员只有认识和平衡好这三者之间的关系,才能在新形势下诠释好自己的角色。
