| 摘 要： | ＂众人拾柴火焰高＂,集体备课对促进中职德育教研活动,提高教师业务能力,增强团队合作意识具有重要作用。通过集体备课可以进一步完善教学设计、改进教学方法、形成最佳教学资源,从而在教学中更好地体现德育教育＂贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生＂的原则,使集体备课能够促进德育课整体教学质量的提高。
