烟草物料吸湿性研究

摘    要:研究不同贮存时间、不同贮存高度下膨胀烟丝、膨胀梗丝的吸湿性差异,结果表明:(1)在半开放式贮丝环境中,贮存柜内表层物料吸湿效果明显,含水率显著高于生产水平;随着贮存高度的增加,烟草物料含水率呈现降低趋势。(2)膨胀梗丝较膨胀烟丝吸湿能力强。(3)膨胀梗丝的贮存时间应大于膨胀烟丝,二者均以贮存时间(12-18)h,贮存高度不低于50cm为宜。

Abstract:According to the different hygroscopic effects of expanded cut tobacco and expanded cut stems under different storage time and heights, three indications are made: (1) In the semi-open storage environment, tobacco moisture effect is obvious on the surface of storage cabinet, the moisture content was significantly higher than the one at the production level. As the storage depth increases, the moisture content of the tobacco material showed decreasing trend. (2) In respect of the moisture absorption capacity, the expanded cut stem is stronger than the expanded cut tobacco. (3) The storage time of the expanded cut stem should be greater than the expanded cut tobacco; and the optimum storage time is better set between 12h to 18h, with the optimum storage height above 50cm as well.
