| 摘 要： | 从企业行为理论视角出发，分析了企业技术创新的潜在战略动机，认为主要存在基于绩效导向的困境创新和基于竞争导向的松弛创新两种类型，并构建了企业技术创新策略选择的分析框架，提出了技术创新战略动机、技术创新风险承担能力与创新策略选择关系的相关理论假设．

| Abstract: | From the view of behavioral theory,it analyzes latent strategic motives which drive technological innovation,and divide technological innovation into two categories: Problemistic innovation based on performance and slack innovation based on competition.Then it constructs a framework about selection on alternative technological innovation strategies and puts forward some propositions about the choice of technological innovation strategies. |
