| 摘 要： | 工学结合”人才培养模式改革为学生党建工作开辟了新的空间，也对学生党建工作提出了挑战。文章在分析了“工学结合”人才培养模式改革对学生党员发展、教育管理和学生党史部工作等方面影响的基础上，结合多年“工学结合”人才培养模式下党务工作实践，提出了明确党建工作目标、引领高职教育改革，更新党建工作理念、突出高职教育特色，调整党建工作思路、确保发展党员质量，完善教育管理机制、抓好党员教育管理，创新组织建设模式、提高组织活动效果等几点思考。

| Abstract: | The reform of personnel training with Work- Study mode has opened up a new space and presented a challenge to the student party building. The article analyzes the impact of the reform of ＂Work- Study＂ mode on the party development among the students, education management and student party branch. Combined with years of party building practice, the author makes some reflections that party building should make clear the goals, lead the vocational education reform, update the concept, highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education, adjust the ideas at work, ensure the quality of the party member development, improve the education management system, promote education man- agement of the party members, innovate the organizational building mode and improve the effects of or- ganizational activities. |
