| 摘 要： | 本文依据高职工程技术类专业人才培养方案开发的逻辑顺序,介绍了电气自动化技术专业构建工学结合课程体系的基本内容,阐述了以就业为导向,以能力为本位的电气自动化技术专业人才培养方案开发的基本原则、流程和主要内容,提出了人才培养方案评价与动态调整的操作办法。

| Abstract: | Based on the logical sequence of the development of higher vocational engineering talent cultivation program,this article introduces the basic content of the construction of electrical engineering curriculum system combining learning with working,describes the basic principles,processes and the main content of talent development program which takes the employment for orientation and the competency as the basis,and proposes the operating methods for the evaluation and dynamic adjustment of the personnel training program. |
