| 摘 要： | 中西运动休闲文化发展理念的传统差异表现为运动休闲的历史走向不同,西方的运动休闲活动呈现出两头高中间低的马鞍型曲线,而中国静态的运动休闲活动却是数千年一脉相承;从运动休闲的活动性质来看,中国人以静态为主,而西方人则以动态为主;从活动的内容来看,中国人的传统运动休闲活动多是一些平和、悠闲、修身养性的项目,而西方人则多是从事一些运动竞技项目和具有冒险性质的刺激性运动;在活动功用方面,中国传统的运动休闲文化重在向内发掘心灵世界,而西方则重在向外张扬人的个性;从健身方式来看,西方是通过定量化的身体运动来弥补其体力支出的不足,而中国的则是从整体着眼,将强心健身与生活方式融为一体。因为中西运动休闲文化具有极强的互补性,运动休闲项目的相互引进和运动休闲文化的融合交流也将进一步加深。

| Abstract: | Traditional differences of the Chinese and western sports and leisure cultures are displayed in the historical development of sports and leisure.The western sports and leisure activities were shown in a saddle curve that was high at the beginning and at the end while the Chinese sports and leisure activities had not changed for hundreds of years.The Chinese mainly took the static sports and leisure activities while the westerners mainly took the dynamic ones.The traditional sports and leisure activities of the Chinese were events that were peaceful,leisure and health-keeping.Meanwhile,the westerners went for competitive and adventurous events.The traditional Chinese sports and leisure culture focused on the inner world of the people and the western one emphasized on the manifestation of one's individuality.The western sports and leisure activities tried to make up for the lack of physical strength through quantitative physical exercises.The Chinese ones combined bodybuilding with life style.The Chinese and western sports and leisure cultures could compliment each other.The introduction and combination of the different events could promote both the Chinese and western sports and leisure cultures. |
