| 摘 要： | 在中国经济持续稳定增长的情况下 ,证券市场却出现了近三年的调整 ,股市晴雨表的功能无从体现。造成股市调整和功能缺失的主要原因在于中国股市内部存在制度的缺陷和股市整体上缺乏投资价值。只有不断发展和完善证券市场 ,解决市场的深层次矛盾 ,使股市具有投资价值 ,股市的经济晴雨表功能才可能逐步得到体现。

| Abstract: | Although there has been steady economic growth in China, the stock market is still undergoing adjustments that have been occurring for nearly 3 years. As a result, the stock market has lost its function as a realistic indicator of the current shape of the economy. In order to function properly as an indicator of present economic trends, it must have the support of certain conditions. The reasons for the long-term adjustments and the unfeasible role as an indicator of economic conditions are as follows: 1. The systemic problems within Chinese Stock Markets 2. The entire stock market lacks investment value and investor confidence. The only way that China' stock market is to truly function as an economic indicator is the continuous development and regulation of the market and the solution to the underlying issues and contradictions within the system. |
