| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济时文化的影响是双重的:一方面,市场经济的发展促进了文化的繁荣;另一方面,它对文化发展又有负面效应。这就需要我们通过弘扬民族精神,增强中华民族伟大复兴的自信心;培育人文精神,以厚实的文化底蕴促进小康社会的发展;贯彻以德治国的方略,加强社会主义道德建设;培育科学精神,全面加强人的现代化建设等来加强社会主义市场经济条件下的文化建设,这对于全面建设小康社会有着非常重大的意义。

| Abstract: | The development of the socialist market economy brought two sides of influence to the development of the culture. On the one hand, the development of the socialist market economy promoted the cultural flourish; On the other hand, it brought something negative to the development of the culture. So we should make major efforts to develop socialist culture under the Conditions of the socialist market economy. We should carry forward and cultivate the national spirit to strengthen the self- confident heart of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; We should foster the humanities spirit, by which we can promote the development of the well - off society with the thick and solid the base of culture; We should cany through the guideline of ' ruling the country by virtue' and keep improving ideological and moral education; We should cultivate the scientific spirit and enhance the person s modern developments. All those will bring positive effects to build a well - off society in an all - round way. |
