| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是我国改革发展进入关键时期的客观要求。在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中，高校应按照民主法制、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的要求，把构建社会主义和谐社会观念渗透到人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的各个方面，创造和谐、展现和谐、推进和谐、实现和谐，成为构建社会主义和谐社会的先行者、主阵地和辐射源，推动整个社会的和谐进步，为构建社会主义和谐社会做出表率。

| Abstract: | Constructing a harmonious society is an objective requirement in the key period of the reform and opening up procedure. During this course colleges and universities should integrate the harmonious idea into several aspects such as cultivating talents, scientific research and social service, following the requirements of democracy and law, impartial justice, sincerity and friendliness, managing to act as a good example in constructing harmonious society and then accelerating the progress of the society. |
