| 摘 要： | 知识流向、流速是知识管理中的瓶颈问题。文章在对知识管理中的知识分类和特征的分析基础上，对其不同的流动方式和特征进行了研究，并进而探讨了知识流动中存在的几个问题，希望能对知识管理的策略有一定的启发意义。

| Abstract: | The direction and speed of knowledge flow are the bottleneck problems in the knowledge management(KM).On the base of analyzing the sort and character of the knolwege in KM,this article discusses different ways and characters of knowledge flowing.Furthermore,several problems in knowledge flow are discussed in order to have a suggestion to strategy of KM. |
