| 摘 要： | 信息资源数字化是我国信息化建设的一个重要组成部分。然而，目前我国信息资源数字化建设与国外相比，在建设速度、建设效率等方面还存在着一定的差距。如何改变当前这种状况是我国信息资源数字化建设急需解决的关键问题。本文试图从体制方面来探讨我国信息资源数字化建设的出路，提出了一套信息资源数字化建设的体制构建方案。

| Abstract: | Digital construction of information resource is an important part of informational construction of China. Anyway, compared with the oversea counterparts, the Chinese development of the digitalization of information resources is deficient in the pace and efficiency of the digitalization. How to change this situation becomes the key aspect in Chinese development of the digitalization of the information resources at the moment. This thesis lays its emphasis on the research on the system construction of digitalization of information resources within China, with a discussion on the solution to the key problems in the field. |
