| 摘 要： | 由于受经济全球化冲击和国际金融危机影响,我国石油企业参与国际石油期货市场势在必行。在此背景下,探究了我国石油企业参与国际石油期货市场的价格风险管理,可将其风险管理管道与工具划分为远期工具和期权工具。随后,对我国石油企业如何积极参与国际石油期货市场的解决办法进行了深入学理思考。

| Abstract: | Due to the impact of increasing economic globalization and the current global financial crisis,it is deemed imperative for Chinese petroleum enterprises to participate in the international petroleum futures market.Under such circumstances,this paper probes into the price risk management of China＇s petroleum enterprises during their involvement in the international petroleum futures market.The paper points out that the channels and tools of risk management can be classified as forward market tools and option market tools.At last,the paper proceeds with an in-depth discussion on ways of facilitating the active participation of Chinese petroleum enterprises in the international petroleum futures market. |
