| 摘 要： | 本文对我院近年收治的90例突发性耳聋按年龄、发病时伴随症状、初诊时听力曲线类型及听力损失程度分类,就其病因、发病情况、治疗及愈后进行临床分析,结果表明年青者,听力曲线显示低音障碍型及谷型、轻度及中度聋者愈后良好,高龄者及伴眩晕者愈后差。

| Abstract: | 90 cases of sudden deafness patients who have been treated in our hospital have beenclassified by their age, associated symptom , type of audiometric curue in first diagnosis and auditory loss ejctent. Clininal analysis has been conducted due to the pathogeny, the state of illness, therapy and prognosis. The rusult indicted that the patients who have young age, who have a low-frequency or trough ocudiornetnic curue and who have wght or moderate state of illness have good prognosis ; the ones with high age or accompanied with uertigo have serious prognosis. |
