| 摘 要： | 2008年《中华人民共和国禁毒法》的颁布实施奠定了＂社区戒毒＂工作模式在我国戒毒工作体系中的基础性地位,当前社区戒毒工作中存在着缺乏专业理念、缺少专业化服务组织以及专业人才不足等突出问题。全面引入社会工作机制是解决这些问题的关键所在,其内容主要包括树立社会工作专业价值理念、建设戒毒社会工作人才队伍、培育专门化的社会工作服务组织等。

| Abstract: | The promulgation and implementation of The Drug Control Law of the People＇ s Republic in 2008 laid the foundation position of ＂community rehabilitation＂ mode in the drug system in China, there are such outstanding problems as lack of professional idea, lack of professional service organizations, shortage of professionals, etc. in the current community rehabilitation work. Introducing a comprehensive system of social work is the key to solve the above problems, the main contents include establishing conception of social work values, building rehabilitation social work personnel, cultiva- tion of specialized social work service organizations, etc. |
