| Abstract: | Modern long-range education has been in a new seedtime characterized by popular style, standardization and internationalization, which bring higher and newer expectation and demand for TV & Radio Universities' teaching resource construction. The innovation will be opened out from three basic aspects: concept, strategy and operation form, providing workable, consultable and thinkable constructive scheme, idea and thoughts for county -level TV & Radio Universities. |
