| 摘 要： | 目前,我国农村女性人力资源开发极为不足,其主要原因是农村女性受教育程度不够。制约农村女性教育不足的因素很多,经济上、观念上和教育体制等方面影响较大。开发农村女性人力资源必须重点从教育入手,克服一系列不利于女性教育的因素,如提高对女性人力资源开发的认识、增加对农村教育的投资、完善农村成人教育体制等。
