天然防腐保鲜剂对小鼠肝脏影响的组织学研究

摘    要:采用不同剂量的天然防腐保鲜剂给小鼠灌胃,造成小鼠急性中毒。用组织病理学及组织化学方法观察小鼠肝组织的结构变化。实验结果表明用药组小鼠肝细胞明显变性,肝血窦扩张变窄,肝细胞肿胀,呈明显的空泡状。PAS反应显示肝细胞内有超常量的肝糖原累积。

Abstract:Different dosages (1/2LD50, 1/4LD50, 1/8LD50 ) of natural antiseptic preservative agent were administered to mice orally to induce acute poison. The mice liver was studied histopathologically and histochernically. The results indicated that the mice liver was injured at various degrees. PAS reaction revealed that high hepatic glycogen accumulated in liver injury between the control and experimental groups. There was a significant difference (P<0.01)
