| 摘 要： | 为保障赋役秩序的正常运行,历代政府清查隐户,实田度地,但并未从根本上禁绝隐田与隐户问题,隐田隐户与赋役体制本身存在不可克服的内在矛盾,这一矛盾促进了传统赋役体制的自我调适及自我完善,从一个全新的视角高度反映了历史的变迁历程。

| Abstract: | The successive dynasties governments investigate the hidden households and verify the fields in order to ensure the taxes order to run normally. But it never completely ban the problems. The hidden fields and the hidden households and the taxes system themselves have the inherent contradiction which can not be overcomed.This contradiction promotes the self- adjustment and self- improvement of the traditional taxes system, and it reflects the historical changing process from an altitude of a new visual angle. |
