| 摘 要： | 运动员训练的最终目的是提高运动成绩,而影响运动成绩的因素有很多。运用文献资料法、归纳法等方法对影响运动成绩的因素进行分析,对整理的资料进行分析思考,总结出训练、比赛中影响运动员运动成绩的主要因素。
