| 摘 要： | 教学质量评价是高校教学管理的重要组成部分，是提高教学水平的关键所在。如何有效检测和全面评价高校教学质量，是研究所在。通过引入并运用360度考评方法，针对高校评价体系进行研究，详细分析该考评方法特点、理念等，进一步提出运用该方法对高等院校实现教学质量全面公正的评价。

| Abstract: | Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of teaching management in colleges and universities, and also the key to improve the teaching level. The paper will explore how to effectively detect and make comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality in Colleges and universities. Through the introduction and application of 360 evaluation methods, and according to the research of evaluation system, making detailed analysis of the appraisal method of characteristics, concept etc. this paper will put forward how to realize all-round teaching quality evaluation by applying the 360 evaluation system in colleges and universities. |
